Buying a house can be stressful, but our recent purchase was particularly challenging due to delays and complications elsewhere in the chain. Through it all, the Sam Chivers team were absolutely fantastic, professional, supportive, and always on hand to help. A huge thank you to Zac (and Becky), who went above and beyond at every stage. His persistence, clear communication, and sheer determination kept the whole process moving when it easily could have fallen apart. Overall experience 10/10, couldn't fault them as our estate agents! From start to finish, the communication was faultless, never needed to chase and responses were always efficient. A huge thanks to Zac Gumbleton and Sydney Denning for their help and guidance throughout. They chased when needed/asked and always updated us on the progress of our case, I especially liked the checklist of progress! Everyone we came into contact with at Sam Chivers was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Any leave taken was communicated and someone was always allocated to lend a hand in their absence. The number of 5-star reviews say it all. Our experience with Sam Chivers Estate Agents was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was truly great. We first met with Matt, who was very approachable and performed the valuation and photographed the property. Negotiations were handled efficiently by Sarah. We then viewed many properties, and experienced a variety of estate agents, but Romany stood above them all as very friendly and professional. Also, when searching for a property Tracey provided genuine, honest advice. At no point did we feel pressured at all (unlike some of the other viewings we went on with other estate agents). Becky & Zac in sales progression deserve an extra special mention, as they were brilliant! They went above and beyond to keep everything moving. They provided instant updates to everyone in the chain. Without them, exchange and completion would definitely have taken a lot longer. Their handovers to cover each other's annual leave was flawless, and we felt in great hands throughout! Our solicitor even acknowledged their exceptional work ethic and contributions. The commission was also very competitive! With all of the points mentioned above, I can't imagine why someone looking to buy or sell a property would go with anyone else.

I have recently let a property through Sam Chivers after I found out my current landlord was selling. I dealt with Sophie in the lettings department and she is incredible 🌟, she was able to help advise what I needed to do before looking and once I did find something she made the whole process so easy and stress free. It was a long process caused by two sets of buyers pulling out of the sale of our property.
