TrustpilotHighly recommended
Representative was punctual and very efficient. He carried out the survey with minimal disruption to my day. He checked over the whole house and grounds. He was very polite. His various questions to me regarding the finer details of when any works were carried out were posed in a very friendly positive manner. He put me at ease in what is generally a stressful situation for anyone selling their property. I would have no hesitation in recommending DMHall/ Alan Cunningham.

TrustpilotNo respect from surveyor and his manager
I had a very negative experience with the surveyor allocated and his line manager. There was inadequate communication and the surveyor and his manager were rude and talked over me when I raised my concerns . I am putting my complaint in writing as a paying customer I would like to be treated with some respect . Whilst I appreciate the comment below it does not feel appropriate for DM Hall to allocate a named individual to investigate my complaint . This is because the complaint is partially about the individual .

TrustpilotFriendly and efficient service
Nick was friendly and relaxed which helped us feel relaxed too. We got our report back promptly which also elevated further stress. The price was fair and the home report was thorough. Nick discussed any questions with us then and there about our property which meant we didn’t have a long email chain of questions to answer before we got our home report back. Great service. Thanks
