I required a presale valuation of my property in Cullen Moray. The firm was recommended by a local law firm. The valuation was duly carried out and I received the report promptly giving me the information required in a clearly laid out format. I was most impressed with the service provided...it was conducted very promptly, the two surveyors were very professional and both were helpful in responding to any questions I had. In all an impressive service!!

Communication between DMHall and our appointed estate agent was poor. Not value for money for the purpose of a reinstatement valuation when the property had been surveyed and valued a few months prior. Why would a re-visit be required??

Very fast and knowledgable service. Our initial request for a home report was made on the Friday and by the next working day we had Alistair attend the property. Alistair answered any questions we had with great knowledge and his team had our report back by the following day. Good experience with DM Hall, surveyor arrived on time and was friendly. I was wfh and he carried out his survey barely disturbing me. The home report was available the following evening and we were happy with the contents of the report.
