TrustpilotStrongly recommended Professional Service
I was quite nervous about the visit but Kirsten put me at ease, went about her inspection in a very unobtrusive and professional manner and then explained what was going into the report and why. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending DM Hall's service, indeed, I would strongly recommend them.

TrustpilotHome Report
I highly recommend this company, the emails, phone discussions and in-person discussions were all professional and friendly. I felt relaxed when the survey was carried out even though there was a stranger in my house as he put me at ease and explained what he was about to do. At all times he was respectable to both myself and my property.

Our request for a survey and Home Report and our questions as to the process were dealt with pleasantly, efficiently and informatively by the office staff. The Surveyor attended promptly the following day and carried out his inspection with a minimum of disturbance to the household. His draft report was duly received allowing the opportunity to make comment or correct inaccuracies where such might have arisen. Generally a very professional response to our requirements.
