Avant homes are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, the second you hand over your money you are no longer of use to them. Anything 2 years and 1 day after your purchase day, no matter how serious, they will not assist you. And if you complain you’ll have the site managers starting though your windows. Awful company, rushed homes and a terrible service. DO NOT BUY FROM AVANT HOMES.

I have just moved into an avant home and I am very pleased with my new home. The majority of my experience has been good and the staff have be keen to ensure I am satisfied. Some hiccups with completion date being brought forward and discrepancy in the price of the house and the valuation price but this was resolved - what house buying journey ever runs smoothly!Thank you for my very own home.

They will do anything to get you to move in and make a lot of promises. Once you are in they don’t care and the after care is disgusting. I would strongly advise but to go with avant. Our experience moving into our new house has been extremely stressful,

Redlands park estate in swaffham is now suffering from avant homes lack of customer care and maintenance.Public areas on this estate have not had their grasses cut for months and now resemble forest land.They do not respond to customers!!!!!

biggest regret i have made is the biggest purchase in my life,why did i choose avant homes :(sheer stressavant does not will not answer emails properlyi am a mother of 2 children i work hard,i managed to secure the avant house and its non stop problems with it. could not be more sad in this house with the worries.

Excellent information and explanation of everything. Avant offer the latest environmental technology and even include hedgehog runs in the fences and a bike hook! Modern design for modern living, really well - built and high spec finishes throughout and the best customer care.

Recently reserved our plot on an Avant home at Sorby Village. A daunting process when you don't know where to start but the staff at the showhomes were really helpful specially James who initally showed us round and explained everything. This was then continued by Joe who helped us through the reservation process. They were both really friendly and helped us through each step hopefully the rest of the process will be this straightforward.

Disgusting customer service in Scotland. Been in 12 months and still nothing done. They come round, promise works and don’t deliver. It’s all lip service to keep you happy (at the time). Want to bodge their own failings rather than replace them for new. Only answer emails they want to. Ignore anything that might cost themmoney to fix. STAY WELL CLEAR OF AVANT

Barley Gate Quarter EstateNo problems with house build but very disappointed with finishing off of estate roads and paths.Have lived in house for 2 years with road surface and some paths not finished,which has left an very uneven surface with some manhole covers 2” below the surface. Avant said they would complete roadway and paths when the houses in the middle of the estate were complete, that happened 3 months ago.

We recently bought an Avant home at the highstonehall development.We’ve both been extremely impressed by the level of customer service from Colina, who has been a massive help with the process of the purchase and following up to get us settled in.We are delighted with our new home, the space, storage and design is exactly what we had been looking for.

Terrible customer service. We have been left with an abandoned development not built to an acceptable standard as to be adopted by the local authorities and consequently also neglected by Avant. We are left in no man’s land. Not finished by the developers and not adopted by the authorities, and nobody cares! AVOID AVANT AT ALL COSTS!!

Avant- promise you everything until the minute you So many defects on our home and they take zero responsibility for.The garden is a swamp and they come out to inspect, and blame our garden furniture complete jokeThe green space around our homes has been left to over grow and become a jungle.Please do not buy from them

Rang on two consecutive days for information about Carlton-in-Lindrick development, was told someone would get back to me - still waiting!! Extremely poor customer service, I am a prospective purchaser and as such, getting in touch with me should be a priority. I suspect, reading other reviews, this is how this developer treats people. Needless to say, I will take my money elsewhere. I would advise others to do the same.

You can never go wrong with an Avant Home! I am new to Huddersfield and a first time buyer.From the showrooms to the demonstration of the property, their service is excellent! I can't thank them enough. Always kept me in the know about the progress of the build; Very accommodating, easily accessible to answer questions. You truly will get the New Home experience!Wish I had enough money to buy all their houses! Lol.Excellent!
