A mistake of a lifetime was entrusting my purchase to this company. Buyers' remorse doesn't do it justice.Was sold the dream of a plush new build. What I got was bullied into completing on a property that has walls literally falling off, from a company with no after-sale service and a non-existent warranty.Proceed very cautiously. I hope your experience is better than mine because I'll be paying for it for years and years.

GoogleWe have sold three houses through Ryder and Dutton over the years and have always had good service. The last property we sold took longer than most, but this is a not reflection of the estate agents more a comment on how slow solicitors are!. We were fortunate that we had an excellent negotiator in Katie Wild, who did lots of chasing on our behalf and who made what was at times a very frustrating process a lot easier. Katie's professionalism and excellent customer service reflects well on Ryder and Dutton and I would thoroughly recommended using them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.

GoogleI would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.

It’s took nine months to sign the contract and you can’t blame tenants
Hi Hitesh, Thanks for your review. This was a difficult take over of Management with many delays whilst we were trying to re-reference your tenant. Although it didn't take 9 months we did have almost three months of delays trying to get an employers reference for your tenant and then further delays making sure the property was compliant to current regulations.
