The vendors and us (the buyers) got very clumsy solicitors, if wasn't for the effort of Ryder & Dutton helping us calling the solicitors frequently and trying to figure it out the status of every step I guess we would never move, at least not at this point. Richard did a really extraordinary that I wasn't expecting so much commitment. If I know at the very beginning they are that helpful I would get their financial adviser and solicitor recommendation.

They have kept us up to date outside of normal hours which we did not expect. They continue to do the same and we cannot thank them enough.
