Communication, professionalism, care and productivity has almost disappeared in the last few years. We have used Ryder & Dutton for many years including buying and renting. They have always been amazing up until a few years ago where I am very unhappy with them as our agents.

House for sale with Ryder and Dutton, Middleton. Great service so far. Claudette Cole who has been dealing with marketing the property and communicating details regarding viewings has been a credit to them. Prompt emails, telephone calls and advise given throughout much appreciated. Would definitely use this estate agent in the future and no hesitation in recommending to others.
