Ryder and Dutton estate agents were helpful and informative throughout our house search. When one house fell though, they were empathetic and found equally eligible houses with our taste in mind. Shannon had a great relationship with our seller and helped move the sale quickly and efficiently. Good advice at every stage of the process of selling in a difficult market for a Victorian era house. All major contacts were with staff in the local office who understood the environment. Friendly approach with none of the pushy commercialism that you get with some other agents. They were great!

Literally depends on who you deal with. Some of the staff are great, some are… well let’s say not so great. From what I can gather they’re understaffed and a lot of things seem to be forgotten about, or not chased up. I’ve dealt with plenty of estate agents in my time and these are certainly not top of the list- but a few great staff members keep them from sinking to the bottom. Wouldn’t recommend but also wouldn’t feel fair if I said don’t use them.
