From start to finish with our house sale we received an excellent service. We were kept fully informed at every stage of our sale. GoogleJoe and Billy did a very good job in handling the sale of my flat. Valuation turned out to be spot on. Queries were answered promptly and solicitors chased, especially as we approached exchange. By the end of the process I felt as if I was dealing with loyal friends. I would have hesitancy in recommending them and there solicitor's.

Communication is inconsistent and inaccurate. Before moving into my house I was assured the fireplace worked and once I'd moved in I was told it was 'purely aesthetic', though nobody could ever explain why, as it was clearly a real fireplace and had soot from previous use. When I reported various issues, such as a broken blind and damp on the walls, I had to send messages over and over again and mostly I didn't even get responses but when I did, nothing was done. When my shower broke it took two weeks to send someone to do a five minute job fixing a burnt wire. I've been in the house eleven months and still don't have a working blind on the window despite reporting it repeatedly. The person I was told to contact actually left their job at one point and nobody took over their caseload and no out of office was on their inbox so I simply got no replies to my emails for months. It's exhausting and stressful trying to communicate with anyone.

I’m a first time buyer in a very tricky market at the moment and after what was a very long road to getting the house completed, myself and my partner honestly can’t thank all the staff at Ryder and Dutton for all their help. They went above and beyond on helping contact people, keeping us informed, chasing questions and trying to get us all answer we needed. They made a long journey a little bit easier for us and I would definitely recommend.
