I had a dedicated move manager for each step of the process, firstly Michaela who managed the sale & secondly Veda who kept everyone up to speed, liaising with solicitors and kept things on track. Both ladies were very approachable and friendly, supportive and genuinely interested in the whole process. They were also very prompt in answering calls & emails. Special thanks to Oliver White who did the initial valuation and his team dealing the viewings and offers and Veda Banks who did much of the chasing of the various lawyers etc after the offer was accepted. All the team were approachable, friendly and proactive in their dealings with me. Although the overall process took longer than I had hoped none of delays were due to Ryder and Dutton and to be fair to them they did warn me about the length of time a sale can take .
