Super helpful

As first time buyers we found Ryder and Dutton super helpful from the very start of the process. From originally arranging viewings to helping with the steps of placing and offer and securing a mortgage. The sale of my late Mother's house.

The sale of my late Mother's house has finally completed after 18 months, during which period I had 2 time wasters that prolonged the selling of the property. Geraldine Marsden was my Move Manager throughout the whole time. Geraldine was brilliant throughout keeping informed at every stage of the process and chasing everyone that needed chasing. I'm sure It was as frustrating for Geraldine when the 2 previous sales fell through as for myself. But eventually the sale completed. I cannot thank Geraldine enough for the time and effort she put in throughout the whole sales process. First class service.

Ryder & Dutton handled the sale of my property, and although the process became lengthy due to factors outside of their control and beyond their area of responsibility, they remained professional throughout. The situation was frustrating and at times extremely stressful, but I would like to make a special mention of Elizabeth Powell. Her communication was excellent, and her empathy and understanding of my situation genuinely helped to alleviate a lot of the stress. Even when Elizabeth was on leave, it was clear that she had handed my case over thoroughly and professionally to her colleagues, ensuring continuity and confidence in the service. I genuinely believe Elizabeth went above and beyond in supporting me, and because of her efforts I would not hesitate to recommend Ryder & Dutton to family members and close friends. Ryder & Dutton have been brilliant in handling the sale of our property and the purchase of our next home. In particular Naveen was great organising our viewings and handling our offers. Once we agreed a sale and purchase we were then handled by Catherine. Conveyancer and Agent Relationships can speed a transaction

As a Conveyancer I find that the relationship between estate agent and legal representatives can massively impact the speed and stress level of a transaction. Having recently concluded a transaction with Ada Grundy as the nominated sales progressor, I am even more convinced this is the case. Ada was beyond helpful, always willing to help with any chasing or liaising directly between buyer and seller (which as a Conveyancer I'm not allowed to do). She was funny and kind and understanding.
