GoogleI've only great things to say about this company, Lisa kept me updated from the beginning of the sale to the end, they valued the property £50,000 higher than a local agent, which we recieved on the completion of the sale. So that why it receives 5star review. Very happy customer would highly recommend.

GoogleRyder & Dutton have recently managed our house sale in Alkrington and were both effective and efficient. In particular our point of contact, Lisa Royal , was extremely helpful and gave us 100% confidence that the sale was being handled by a professional! Lisa kept us updated on all matters and never failed to respond to our queries. The service was second to none with Aaron also being extremely helpful. I will continue to use R&D for any other house sales above all other local agents as I received 1st class service from Lisa and the rest of the Middleton team!!

Not a great experience. Falsified feedback from a viewing that did not happen: I was asked to show viewer around as R&D not available. However, viewer did not show up. R&D provided me with feedback for a visit which clearly did not take place.At another viewing, R&D arranged accompanied viewing. The agent had not been to my property before, was not familiar with the property and went to the wrong property at the appointment time. Luckily, I was still in the local area and was able to return to the house to show the viewers around. After several frantic phone calls, R&D eventually showed up just as the viewers were leaving.These viewers went on to purchase the property. Had I not been nearby to show them around, I could have potentially lost the sale.On the whole, a very stressful process.

We found a home we wanted to purchase by accident and as such needed to move quickly and get ours on sale. We chose Ryder and Dutton and within a couple of days we met with Leanne for our valuation and we were on the market at a price we were very happy with. The valuation process itself was very informative and in no way pressured or rushed. We were on the market within days and the photos and marketing were really good! Once on the market we were under the care of Martha who understanding our needs, quickly got us plenty viewings and an offer within 2 1/2 weeks FOR FULL ASKING price. The service has been incredibly informative and helpful and the communication has been fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone selling their house!

Fantastic service with both selling and purchasing. Elizabeth was in charge of both our sale and purchase and gave exemplary customer service, she was always quick to communicate with us and very friendly and helpful. Michael the branch manager was also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help make our purchase as smooth as possible. Thoroughly recommend Ryder & Dutton as estate agents and would definitely use them again.
