They gave me a very fair, and as it turned out, acceptable valuation on my house.My wife and I had numerous viewings arranged very conveniently at times that suited us, by the extremely helpful and curtious staff.We were very impressed in particular though with our sales negotiator Nancy Holden. She kept us well informed of progress, any problems that arose and solutions provided and she was very proactive in dealing with various parties involved in the sale. She was always very pleasant and cheery to talk to on the phone and keen to provide a very professional service expected of a long established firm such as Ryder & Dutton.In all, she made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it otherwise could have been and is well worthy of our gratitude.

Completely unprofessional. Booked me in for a Sunday which was great. I got all the cobfirmation emails and turned up at the appointment. It took me half an hour of driving to get to the appointment and when i arrived i was rudely told that i cant see the property because they cancelled the appointment and could not be bothered telling me that they cancelled the appointment. Completely untrusthworthy and a waste of time and i honestly feel truly sorry for anyone working with them
