Christopher Edwards Estate Agent has costed me time and money due to there Immoral and Illegal practice of conducting business. The agent Chris, accepted my offer for purchase on the sellers behalf and refused the exchange of memorandum until the survey had taken place which according to him was instructed by the seller. As advised I submitted the full application. It was later on I found directly from the seller that they had never accepted my offer and had gone with someone else. I confronted Chris but he denied everything that the seller had said. He denied to provide me with any evidence that supported his statement that my offer was indeed accepted. To cover his back on the same day he told me the seller had decided to sell it to someone else few mins prior to calling me. I don't know why he did this but this guy is an absolute joke. Seeking legal actions against Christopher Edwards Estate Agents they didn't really do a good job hiding there tracks.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
