Amazing service provided by Christopher Edwards Estate Agents. The Director personally handled my case and he was was very helpful, professional and above all easy to talk to. As a first time buyer I had no idea what to expect when buying a house but he was at hand to answer any questions I had. There are so many parties involved (Solicitors, Surveyors, Valuators, buyer and seller) and the Estate agents are that link between them all. When there was any issues getting information from any party he would chase them up and get results quickly. He would make the arrangements with the sellers and Surveyors and Valuators to allow access to the property and provide you with updates straight away. I would highly recommend this Estate Agent.

One of the worsted agency's we've ever know. They are lieing a lot, they care about you just if you are a tenant. They come in your rented house and they don't inform you. We cached them twice when they came in the house with they own key. (They knocked twice and they come in straights away) They take from your deposit money with no any clear reason. And if they have reason they don't want to let you to repair your mistakes and they will do it but with more than a double price. And we haved mouses in the house because of the chep quality worked house and rats in the garden and they just don't care. We haved the most horible experience with this agency, the most unprofesional agency we'we ever heard about. I hope that you peopple will think twice before to rent or buy from them.

Christopher Edwards make sure that tenancy agreements are drafted sensibly and effectively and they ensure that all current regulatory requirements are fully complied with.
