When we had to sell our late aunt's house, we used Christopher Edwards estate agents. They sold it for us for the full asking price within two weeks. However, we unfortunately had to wait for probate to be granted which took about seven months. Christopher was great in keeping everyone informed, regularly checking the property, which was vacant all this time. Once probate was actually granted, the sale went through very smoothly and we were very happy with the service given by Christopher and his staff. We would highly recommend them.
