YellNo one better to work with.
I first worked with Christopher Edwards in 2015, when I purchased my flat. I found them to be very helpful, knowledgable and easy to work with. This year (2020), when I decided to sell my flat, they were the obvious choice to list it with. Again, I found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They’re an excellent Estate Agent.

GoogleThese ppl are not professional at all.
Thank you for your review Helen Jack, it’s just a shame it is a negative one. After speaking to you, we understand now that you are unhappy with how we conducted our investigations and making the arrangements to visit the property after reports were made of multiple tenants living at the property. Unfortunately, when reports are made of multiple tenants living at the property, we must carry out checks to confirm this is not the case, as the landlord and yourself could have been in breach of the AST and living in an unsafe environment as the property was not suitable for HMO. You also mentioned you are unhappy with the way we asked if you knew whose vehicle was on the downstairs neighbours drive, as the neighbour said they couldn’t reach you and it had been there for a couple of days. Initially you said you didn’t know and then you called back to confirm it was a relative of yours that was visiting with you. We are sorry if you felt the way we conducted our business upset you and come across unprofessional this was never our intentions. We only wish to promote a professional approach to every situation. Kind regards Andrew Johnson Lettings Manager
