GoogleGreat service from all the team at Stowmarket from the initial meeting with Monty. Charmaine dealing with viewings and doing the negotiations to get a sale. Finally Gill keeping me updated with everything. My sale went smoothly. I would certainly recommend Marks and Mann. Once again thank you to the Stowmarket team.

GoogleFrom start to finish, Marks and Mann were fantastic. People say it makes no difference which Estate Agent you go with, but Marks and Mann proved that isn't the case. Communication and customer service is excellent.

GoogleWe had a good service overall however, updates with regards to the move would often be late and we would have already received an update from our Solicitor.

Hi Holly, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. At Marks & Mann we pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service so I was disappointed to hear that you felt updates were late. We always treat our vendors and purchasers equally, and as a buyer we aim to give you a full update at least once a fortnight. I have checked back through the file and can see that our sales progressor did update you on a number of occasions, every time within 14 days of the previous update which is in line with our company policy. You had a very good relationship with your solicitor and were able to obtain updates directly from them on a much more regular basis, which is understandable given the fact you are paying them a considerable amount of money! Solicitors do not let us chase them more than once a fortnight or they stop giving us updates altogether so unless people are pro-actively chasing their solicitor, our updates are relevant and helpful. We relay information your solicitor has given us so if you have spoken to them already that week we wouldn’t be relaying anything that you didn’t already know. I hope this sheds a bit of light on why your updates may have seemed irrelevant! I’m glad you were pleased with your buying experience otherwise. Best wishes in your new home.
