GoogleWe recently viewed a property through Marks & Mann and were really impressed with Sean. He was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating, organising viewings for us at short notice and always quick to respond via phone or email. Although we didn’t end up putting in an offer through the agency, Sean has still kindly offered to support us with any questions we may have throughout the buying process. Thank you ☺️.

GoogleI love all of the latest radio advertising, the service you receive will be the total opposite of what's advertised I guarantee it, this agent is useless and absolutely disgusting. I worked in the industry with a far superior agent (global brand) and this is the most awful team out there, they dealt with the sale of my folks house and the laziness from this team was unbelievable, no agent turned up once for viewings always some pathetic excuse of why they could not do a viewing, two sales falling through due to poor communication and lack of experience within the sales force and the nastiest part of the sale was when we handed the keys to the agent for the new buyer, the sales lad declan would not come out his office, he was to busy to great my mother- called the girl from in his office and said tell her to leave the keys on the desk. My mother was horrified as they were nice up until they were paid - please avoid at all costs, Marks and Mann I hope you reply to this post as I have more details for the public on the performance of your company.

GoogleThe team at Marks & Mann could not have done more for us during our purchase through them . From the first viewing to handing over our keys they were absolutely amazing . Our sale and purchase had many many complications along the way and the team where always there to help . Highly recommend this company

GoogleBrilliant service from Monty and all of the team. We started with Abbots in Stowmarket who were useless, and found that when we viewed other properties Mark and Mann were always on time and professional. After enlisting their services for ourselves, our house was getting tons of viewings, and even in slower months (December) they stayed in contact with us giving advice. Furthermore, after offers fell through and we nearly lost our onward purchase, Marks and Mann rallied around to secure us a new offer within a week, so that we could continue forwards. I literally wouldn't be sitting in my dream home writing this without the teams hard work, and am so grateful. Not only are they great at securing viewings, but the are really pro-active too, Gillian from their sales team was fabulous at chasing up lazy solicitors with us and being on hand with guidance every step of the way. Very impressed, have recommended to everyone.

GoogleI am superbly impressed with all departments of M&M. Not only did they sell our house but they also found us our dream home too. Their whole team were involved in this, which shows how great they communicate and work together. Monty had listened to the frustration of us finding a house we couldn't buy direct from the builder and instead of disregarding this vital information, he went on to secure another house built by the same builder with the same floor plan - a resale - which was better positioned, in a beautiful location and which ticked every box on our wish-list. It went straight onto Rightmove as Sold! So happy we bought this better house and not from the builder! We are delighted with our lovely home and pinch ourselves every day! GoogleI`ve been looking to move recently, & I knew the general area needed to be around Stowmarket for my work, but I didn't know exactly where. While I was in Stowmarket at the weekend I spotted Marks & Mann office and thought I`d pop in and see what they had. WOW , not only was it never like any estate agent i`ve been in before - it was more like an istore / boutique - but they really knew there stuff too. Although they were very busy when we went in , they made sure they acknowledge we were there, and they were with us very quickly. All I can say is I now know where I want to move to and what`s available in that area. No hard sell or push to register for mailing list - very friendly and professional. Top class service.
