GoogleWe had a great experience in both listing our property and buying through Marks & Mann in Stowmarket. Sean, Kayleigh and Joe were always helpful with any queries we had. The photos taken of our property were fantastic and no doubt contributed to the quick sale of our property. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleVery good experience, I would recommend to all. I met several estate agents and Kayleigh was clearly the best option, she was very professional and very positive, filling me with confidence she could get the right price and did so very quickly. The whole team were helpful at every stage - I will definitely choose them again in the future.

GoogleViewing was led by new apprentice Riley who did really well at showing us the property. Arrived on time and answered all our questions. Unfortunately the property wasn't right for us but I wouldn't hesitate to use this estate agents again for any future viewings.

GoogleUnfortunately, I have had a terrible experience with Marks and Mann. Communication was awful - I wasn't contacted to be given any updates about my property and I had to chase and leave several messages to speak to Ross. When I eventually spoke to Ross it felt uncomfortable and I was given the impression that he couldn't be bothered to put any effort into the sale of my property. When I put my property up for sale with Marks and Mann they initially put the incorrect photos up and didn't bother putting a for sale sign.. I wouldn't waste your time or energy with this agent. Please go elsewhere.

GoogleWe were very lucky to Have Gill dealing with our sale as first time buyers, this was a daunting and exciting process in equal measure. Gill was brilliant, no question was too much hassle for Gill to answer for us or find out the answer if it wasn't readily available. Thr phone was always answered as were all emails in a very proactive time frame. We moved from Essex to Suffolk and found the whole process fairly easy and this is due to the brilliant communication from Gill to ourselves. If we move from the property in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to use Marks and Mann amd would ask for Gill in person. We would highly recommend the service we recieved.

GoogleMarks and Mann dealt with the sale of the property that we bought, and were a tower of strength throughout. Monty and his team were always there with words of encouragement when things weren't going as expected, and offered good advice, that kept us going. When finally the sale was concluded they were as relieved as we were.If we ever contemplate moving again, they will be our go-to people. Excellent service.

GoogleStowmarket branch Sean and Kayleigh was so helpful sold our house in less then 7 weeks and all members was there to answer any questions they helped us to complete within 12 weeks. This is the fourth time we have used them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

GoogleWhat an incredible service I received from Marks and Mann - They sold my property in under 48 hours! I couldn't believe it. After the sale their in-house sales progressor, Gill kept me up to date with the progress of the sale and made sure everything was wrapped up smoothly. I couldn't recommend them enough if you're looking to sell your property!

GoogleLack of communication, not given feedback from viewings without having to chase up , viewing even happened with out us knowing ,not properley advertised as a bungalow on the website , no for sale board put up for ages , this also had to be chased up unfortunately like most estate agents these days are run by kids without any experience , would not use again all became very stressfull
