John D Wood & Co. Wimbledon Sales reviews in Merton

As a reluctant landlord renting out his own home, I was initially considering going agency-free, but have been won over by the John D Wood Wimbledon lettings team. Morgan in particular has been so forthcoming, professional and quick to respond with detailed feedback from viewings etc during a stressful transition period (as well as going above the call of duty following an emergency when i was out of town) that I now plan to stay with JDW for the foreseeable future...PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

J D Wood did a fantatic job helping us sell our flat in Wimbledon Park. We faced a few hurdles that were unexpected but Chris and Lewis got things on track and got the sale through when we had given up. I would thouroughly reccomend them if you are considering selling a property.

We have used the Wimbledon Branch several times over the years to sell (twice), buy once but to also to use as managing agents when we were renting out our property. All the staff have in the various departments have consistently been helpful, reliable and willing to go above and beyond (particularly in the managing whilst we were away). Our most recent sale experience was handled in an extremely professional manner from start to finish with particular mention to Warren for keeping us informed every step of the way and making a sale from abroad as pain free as possible. If a problem arose it was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Thank you all for making what can be a very stressful situation effortless.

Had a great experience with John D Wood in Wimbledon - the team were extremely responsive and helpful. I am a relocation agent and we had to find a short term property let for a client with little notice. They came up with an excellent property and managed the paperwork very quickly and efficiently, meaning the client and his family could move in within a matter of days.PositiveResponsiveness

Jonathon was very reliable and trustable and he even was happy to show me the flat in out of office hours as I could not make it otherwise. They at John D Wood did a very quick job in sorting out all the procedure for us to have the flat in time. Many thanks.

The Wimbledon branch provided a standard service. At times it felt like organising surveyors following our building survey on the property we were purchasing was a nuisance for them however they agreed to it but not willingly. It made the process a bit more stressful but otherwise things went to plan so didnt have to speak to them much after this.

Jonathon was very keen on showing me the property in South Wimbledon quickly as it had just come available. He was very enthusiastic and professional during the viewing. He and Olivia did the paper work for the letting very quickly and we are thankful for that.

Very pleased with the customer service we got from Amanda at John D Wood & Co when we were renting our flat in Southfields. I was trying to sign the contract from abroad and she was helpful in working around the logistical issues. I recommend this estate agent.

We dealt with Jack Miles at John D Wood, who was always professional, knowledgeable, prompt and generally a pleasure to deal with. Importantly, Jack listens to what you want, which seems to be quite rare.

All the staff at John D Wood were knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. We were guided through the lettings process with precision, and requests by all parties involved were met in a timely fashion. Highly recommended; if Google reviews would allow it, I would give them 4.5 stars out of 5.
