We had our viewing with Georgie who was lovely & answered all our questions. Antonelli started the sale process & then transferred me to Katie Andrews who was just AMAZING!! She was always happy to help, never made me feel an inconvenience. She even continued to make phone calls whilst having Covid & had our exchange done in no time.
