Not a pleasant experience from the buyer's perspective. They basically did nothing that was exceptional apart from chasing me with calls to speed things up despite that it wasn't me delaying things as the property didn't have the required documents to confirm eligibility for a mortgage to start with then the Sellers wanted to delay the completion date. However, they did offer conveyancing and mortgage services in house but would not trust they would act to my benefit so I didn't choose them (hence probably I wasn't the desired Client to bring some extra ££) as it was clear to me they wanted to make a deal ASAP. Again, from the Buyer's perspective, it was completely useless service from WOT office in Bristol with no extra added value (just so you know the state of the house when received the keys was far away from ready to move & clean, but yes I know it's not a legal requirement) So therefore I cannot think of any 'wow' moment.

GoogleI am so happy with the service provided by Andrews. After a bad experience with another estate agent, Andrews really went above and beyond! I completed on my property sale and subsequent purchase last week and couldn’t be happier. Special thanks to Arif, Marcus and Egypt for going above and beyond from start to finish. They was always available to update you whenever needed and chased other estate agents in the chain and the solicitors multiple times to push things forward whenever asked. I got a good price and a super quick sale. Even the guy who took the pictures done a brilliant job (much better than the previous agents I was with). Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you Andrews! Highly recommend!

Andrews took over management of our property. They promised excellent service and communication and a full management service that meant I would not have to manage the property. From day 1 of tenants moving into the property, I was given wrong or incomplete information, I had to chase Andrews to do their job and when they didn't do what they were supposed to do they lied about it to cover their backs after taking 6weeks to respond to me after tenants reported problems at the property. Further to this, when I enquired why they were holding money on my account, it took the regional manager to tell me what it was for as the staff and branch manager couldn't figure it out and when I asked why this money was held for several months unnecessarily I was simply ignored. I asked to leave and move to another company and have been waiting for several weeks for the branch manager to get back to me. Another company has taken over management but I am still awaiting responses to ongoing complaints. During all this I found out that neighbours have complained about the tenants and I was not notified and I'm disappointed as it was dealt with wrong and had I been contacted the complaint would have been resolved for a better outcome for the tenant. The entire service from Andrews has been stressful and upsetting and taken up far more of my time than necessary. Communication and basic property management has been poor and the branch manager has taken responsibility and apologised but failed to reply to get a resolution.
