I am currently at my second Nicholson Lettings home. I previously lived in one of their Liverpool properties back in 2017 until 2020 then I moved into their beautiful Nicholson Lofts development in St Helens and I am still here until this day. Super handy having WI-FI available in my rent. Friendly staff and great location to shops.

They are attentive and professional in how they handle their clients. They ensured that all our requests were answered and quickly fixed. We had some issues with the lights, door handle and boiler which were promptly fixed. I can't recommend them enough - they have earned their fantastic reviews.

Cannot fault my Experience moving into a property with Nicholson letting’s I was moved in by Iestyn he went above and beyond to make are move in a stress free experience, property was so clean and smelling wonderful for weeks,making the property look like no one ever lived here Amazing.Highly recommend renting a property with The Nicholson Group. What an excellent team!

The property I lived in was falsely advertised online. The building was clearly neglected by the landlord and the agency. No refuse bins were available and current tenants left household waste and black bin bags outside of the property entrance resulting in a health and safety hazard. The few interactions with the agency were always met with hostility and poor customer service. Would not recommend renting any property from this agency, especially in the Liverpool area. It’s clear they place most attention, effort and marketing on the St Helens property and neglect what they view as their lower income residences.

Had an amazing experience with Nicholson Lettings. I was a bit hesitant renting online without viewing but it turned out to be a really good move.
