If you are looking to sell your property in the Sutton Coldfield area then look no further. Our experience of working with the Wilkins Sutton team has been most enjoyable. A proper family affair with a strong emphasis on customer service, brothers Josh and Sean, proud dad Paul and the lovely Beth complete this wonderful team. I would recommend them without reservation or hesitation. 🌟👍

all smiles and freindly on first visit to house.made an appointment to discus forward planning arrived for said time sean then started to shout accross the room saying what can i do for you in front of the other staff .he came up with an excuse of what we had previously discussed asking other member of staff to confirm that bye the bye Sean has come back to us with any other proposals 2 weeks later .i would not recomend this company under any circumstances

Very prompt and friendly visit from Kimberley to give us a valuation and, although we didn’t in the end market our property with them as we were lucky enough to have a friend buy the apartment, I was very impressed with the service and would use them again

Absolutely brilliant service. Sean’s determination and professionalism in selling our property was faultless. His accurate valuation and relentless drive to find us a buyer was second to none. Given our sale was due to a family bereavement, Sean handled this all with the greatest of respect. Emerson and Grace’s immediate and helpful responses on any query we had meant the level of customer service we received throughout was amazing. Would not hesitate in recommending Wilkins to sell a property. From start to finish a perfect experience. Thank-you all so much.

Sean and Beth and all the team have been absolutely amazing with the support shown to me and my family trying and successfully selling my late parents house and it doesn't stop there. They continued to support us through the scary time organising solicitors and no question is too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend and would certainly use them again.
