GoogleI used Wilkins for the Sale of my Mothers House.. sadly she passed when a Sale had been confirmed and as it went to Probate the proposed Purchaser pulled out .. the team at Wilkins pulled out all the stops and got me viewings straight away and from that I secured a new Purchaser ..we completed on the sale today .. I can not sing their Praises enough all the staff are down to earth yet professional always keeping you in the loop.. should I ever need an Estate Agent in the future then I know who to call...if I had to score the Company out of 10 it would most definitely be a 10/10.. Truely outstanding . Thank you to all the team for their hardwork and dedication.

They provided regular updates and clear communication. Really recommend as they are a different type of estate agent to others that I have used. I will definitely use again in the future.

GoogleFrom our first initial contact to instruction and Becky coming round for photos and Ben assisting with viewings. The whole process was quick, efficient and professional throughout. Alex was there to help with chasing solicitors and make sure everything ran smoothly. Even a text to make sure everyone was ok. I 💯 recommend Wilkins. GoogleWilkins, well what can I say… you have made our dreams come true and we are in our dream home. All of you at Wilkins have been so solid with communication and understanding through every step of the process. The WhatsApp group I found was an excellent way to connect and keep updated on both sides with the selling of our property. The wonderful dream team Kim and Samiya for their professional, friendly and knowledgeable approach to each potential buyer was flawless. To Grace and Beth who kept us in the know with the legality side of things and to the main man Sean for making this happen for us- what a top guy, never a question to much and always had a positive attitude and always on hand to help with anything. I can honestly recommend Wilkins to anyone who is interested in selling or buying a property (I already have sent a few my way) The best in the business, making big moves and changing the game in the property and estate agent industry. GoogleAs first time sellers me and my partner were dreading choosing an estate agent to sell our home, but thanks to a chance encounter whilst viewing a different property we were lucky to find Wilkins especially Sean. He was quick to put us at ease and made sure everything went smoothly! Each agent gives you as much attention as you need and ensures you are always in the loop! GoogleOur experience of Wilkins and all it's staff in particular Sean was very good. Sean will go over and beyond to what is required of his role and is a pleasure to know. Due to other reasons we didn't pursue the sale of our property in Sutton Coldfield, however we will not hesitate to appoint Wilkins again in the future simply due to the manner in which they conduct themselves personally and professionally. They stand out from the rest.

Within a week of being on the market Kim negotiated a sale for us. Kim, Grace and the rest of the team kept us regularly to date about the progress of our sale. GoogleI sold my property through Wilkins and I have to say I think they have the edge on other estate agents due to their very personal approach, instagram promos and quick responses. My sale had a few hurdles but the Wilkins team were great all the way through! Would definitely recommend
