I had a fantastic experience with Wilkins Estate agents from the offer process to negotiations and the sale Progression was great. Big shout out to Vinnay, Sean, Jo, Courtney and Freya who helped me along the way with ensuring I was able to get a good price on the property to then helping me negotiate that price, explaining the next steps and process, would highly recommend coming to Wilkins for buying but also selling. Jo was amazing in helping with securing our mortgage and answering any queries. Mortgages and insurance was fantastic from Jo and i would highly recommend using Jo as a broker she is super helpful and tailors her approach based on your financial situation. Thank you all so much for all your help and support throughout the process and super excited I have the keys to my new home.

We advertised with Wilkins as they seem to take a different approach, and we'd noticed that they seemed to be a lot more efficient at securing sales as opposed to endless listings. The listing / photo process went smoothly with particularly good photos. The staff have been very efficient and friendly along the way and if they say they will do something, they do. The first to see purchased and it's now sold subject to contract (fingers crossed). Property surveys communication has been excellent and we hope that they continue to deliver what to date has been an outstanding service. I'll update my review once contracts are exchanged :-) Special thanks to Sienna and Sean for delivering what was promised.

I decided to market my parents property with Wilkins estate agents following a recommendation. The whole process was dealt with proactively and with great sensitivity and efficiency. Once the photographs and details where completed a viewing day way was arranged which lead to an offer of the asking price. The sale process was seamless. The team including Sean, Kim and Grace were extremely efficient facilitating completion before the stamp duty deadline. I would definitely highly recommend Wilkins and would most certainly use them again in the future.

After months of searching and viewing properties as a first-time buyer, and dealing with numerous estate agents, I came across Wilkins Estate Agents. I initially viewed a property with them which unfortunately went well over my budget, but Vinay reassured me not to worry. About a month later, I came across another property with Wilkins and contacted Vinay, who arranged a viewing for me. Sami met me at the property, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident enough to put an offer in. The offer was within my budget and was accepted. I honestly couldn’t believe how easy they made the whole process, especially as I was close to giving up because it felt impossible at times. After my offer was accepted, I asked to view the property again and Sami once again met me there to reassure me that I had made the right decision. On completion, I collected the keys from the branch and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I genuinely wouldn’t bother going to any other estate agent when searching for another property. Thank you all for your help, it’s very much appreciated.

You can contact them at any time of day or night with queries and they will respond very quickly. They work very hard to sell your property and always with a smile. We purchased a house that Wilkins had up for sale and genuinely would recommend them to everyone. Everything we did was through Kimberley, who was so approachable and attentive. Every query we had, Kimberley answered quickly and communicating with her was easy. There was one or two other occasions where I had to phone the office and spoke with other people who were just as friendly and happy to help as Kimberley. My house sold through Wilkins in July 23. Initially I had a few estate agents round to gauge how they would work. Sean stood out with the way he and Wilkins operated. The photos were brilliant, really reflected the qualities of the house. The viewing stage was also seemless, they'd get there early to make sure everything was pristine and then have a full day of viewings. Another thing that separated them was the urgency. They'd do an open day on a Saturday and Sunday, there were no real limits to when they would do a viewing. Moving into the final offer stage they were brilliant and very efficient. From there they managed to get the house sold and keys exchanged in a couple of months. Sean and his team were phenomenal throughout the whole process, in what was quite a complicated sale at no fault of their own. They navigated challenging situations to get the house sold in a timely manner. Thank you Wilkins I will 100% use again.

Wilkins were amazing from start to finish - always really helpful, honest and responsive. Within a day or so of being on the market we had over 20 viewings booked! They set up a WhatsApp group to keep you in the loop on any news or changes which is really helpful when you’re working and not always able to answer the phone straight away. Kim, Beth, Grace & Sean were all fantastic to deal with and we really felt at ease leaving them to carry out the viewings for us - it really feels like a well run family business and it’s important to have that trust. We were unfortunate enough to have our buyers pull out and Wilkins very quickly were able to sell our property again within a matter of weeks. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling. Although they’re based in Tamworth and Sutton, our property was sold in Great Barr so definitely worth speaking to them if you’re thinking of selling.
