Nick and his team are great!

Nick and his team were great from start to finish, from viewing our new home one Saturday afternoon, to the following weekend, having our own house on the market, with multiple offers and the offer on our new home accepted. There were a few hiccups towards the end of the process, but the team were on hand to help and get everything sorted and we moved without any major problems or delays. We would fully recommend the team at Wards, Ashford and if needed we will use them again in the future.

I recently sold my property in Caxton Close, Hartley, Longfield, Kent.Right from the outset - Terri Truckle the Branch Manager @ WARDS in New Ash Green and her team were professional and relentless and determined in getting the property marketed and sold. The service they rendered was second to none with regular marketing adverts and e mail updates, sales e mail updates and viewing and appointment updates. Nothing was left to chance - and their customer service acumen was outstanding. They kept me informed all the way with the progress of the house sale. I would highly recommend Terri and her team to any person(s) wishing to sell their property. Helpful and professional. Maria and her team helped us out a lot. We were visiting from out of town and keen to see as many places as we could while were in the area. She listened to what we were looking for and did her best to show us places that met our needs. She also shared her local knowledge of the area which was a very nice touch. She was great at facilitating the viewings all the way through the contracts being signed and was diligent in answering all our questions and concerns. Finally when I collected the keys on move in day, she presented me with a welcome gift with some goodies inside. She also followed up a few times to see how we were settling in and if there were any teething problems she could help solve. Really great service! :)

Very happy with the service that we received from Wards of Meopham. Dan helped guide us through the process of selling our property at a very difficult time. He was respectful of our situation and allowed us the time we needed to clear out family possessions and get both the house and ourselves prepared ready for viewing and subsequent sale. Not living locally, it was a great relief that Wards handled the marketing material and viewings and kept us up to date via email, through their web portal and phone calls. I have dealt with Laura and her amazing team for a number of years now and can’t fault their professionalism and knowledge.Tessa has recently dealt with finding a new tenant for a rental property for me.I only had a gap of a week between tenants which was down to Tessa’s conscientious approach to finding the right tenant and ensuring that checks/inventory etc were carried out smoothly and efficiently. I recently contacted my local Wards office - Meopham to make use of their free valuation. Primarily for remortgaging purposes (but also to consider future options and opportunities) but also to get an idea of value after extensive building, remodelling and refurbishment works on my property. Due to the drastic changes I didn't believe a mortagge desktop valuation would be accurate and wanted to gain the expertise and value of a local agent/expert upon viewing my property. Throughout the whole experience Wards (in particular Daniel Forster the manager) has been exceptional. Courteous, polite, professional, informative, covid aware and just overall a pleasure to work with. I would have no qualms if I decided to buy or sell in the future with enlisting Wards under the supervision of Daniel. The package Daniel provided (free of charge) of marketing research in the area, price comparable, how they advertise and boost sales amongst other things hugely impressive and went even further to provide a letter for their valuation that I can provide to prospective mortgage brookers/advisors/lenders. I would highly recommend using Wards Meopham for buying or selling a property. From the very first conversation with Dan, Oli and the team they was always informative and honest with us. Nothing was ever to much and they were happy to help out wherever they could. We was handed Maria Meddings as our Sales Progressor. What a wonderful person she is. We had a quite a journey along the way, chains falling through etc. 7 months later, we got there. This definitely owed a lot to Maria, her constant chasing for updates, communicating to everyone involved and dealing with any query thrown at her pushed this over the line. Hardworking and approachable

Alex, Leanne and Ollie at Wards Tenterden were a great source of support during our lengthy and stressful purchase. Managing communication between us and our seller, they did a great job of managing expectations and keeping all parties in the loop. Additionally, they also helped keep pressure on other parties involved, agents/solicitor/etc., in the process to help keep those lines of communication open. When we finally collected our keys, it was a bit like a celebration!
