Wards of Meopham is the most friendly, professional and helpful estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Ben and Rosie have been amazing throughout our search for a new home. Very caring, compassionate and helpful. Moving can be a very stressful experience but both Ben and Rosie are full of knowledge of every property we have viewed and they really provide the personal touch. They do everything they can to make sure it’s the right home for you. I would highly recommend Wards of Meopham.

Faultless experience once again

I have dealt with Laura and her amazing team for a number of years now and can’t fault their professionalism and knowledge.Tessa has recently dealt with finding a new tenant for a rental property for me.I only had a gap of a week between tenants which was down to Tessa’s conscientious approach to finding the right tenant and ensuring that checks/inventory etc were carried out smoothly and efficiently. She was at the end of the phone from start to finish with invaluable advice.I will continue to use Wards in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords.

I recently contacted my local Wards office - Meopham to make use of their free valuation. Primarily for remortgaging purposes (but also to consider future options and opportunities) but also to get an idea of value after extensive building, remodelling and refurbishment works on my property. Due to the drastic changes I didn't believe a mortagge desktop valuation would be accurate and wanted to gain the expertise and value of a local agent/expert upon viewing my property. Throughout the whole experience Wards (in particular Daniel Forster the manager) has been exceptional. Courteous, polite, professional, informative, covid aware and just overall a pleasure to work with. I would have no qualms if I decided to buy or sell in the future with enlisting Wards under the supervision of Daniel. The package Daniel provided (free of charge) of marketing research in the area, price comparable, how they advertise and boost sales amongst other things hugely impressive and went even further to provide a letter for their valuation that I can provide to prospective mortgage brookers/advisors/lenders. I would highly recommend using Wards Meopham for buying or selling a property. From the very first conversation with Dan, Oli and the team they was always informative and honest with us. Nothing was ever to much and they were happy to help out wherever they could. We was handed Maria Meddings as our Sales Progressor. What a wonderful person she is. We had a quite a journey along the way, chains falling through etc. 7 months later, we got there. This definitely owed a lot to Maria, her constant chasing for updates, communicating to everyone involved and dealing with any query thrown at her pushed this over the line. Hardworking and approachable

Alex, Leanne and Ollie at Wards Tenterden were a great source of support during our lengthy and stressful purchase. Managing communication between us and our seller, they did a great job of managing expectations and keeping all parties in the loop. Additionally, they also helped keep pressure on other parties involved, agents/solicitor/etc., in the process to help keep those lines of communication open. What an outstanding experience `we had buying a house with Wards in Hythe, Kent thank you. Having dealt with several estate agents during the process I can honestly say the service, help and support we got from your exceptional Team member, Darren Cakebread, was second none. Darren made the whole process stress free for us. He is one in a million. 'Time is the most valuable commodity' and a key takeaway from my Wards of Walderslade experience is they are willing to give you as much of theirs as they can. Kenny George (Snr Branch Partner) and Sam Bahia (Snr Marketing Consultant) never put a property forward that did not meet our requirements and always made themselves available to us throughout the buying and selling process. The house hunting road was bumpy , but the quality of service was not and with the additional support and efforts of Keiran Zwolinski and Kim Batchelor we have now found the right home to start our new chapter.

An excellent service with personable staff

An excellent service with personable staff who completely understood our requirements. We rented an apartment through Maria at the Ramsgate Branch of Wards. Maria made the whole pre-tenancy experience incredibly straightforward - making sure we had all the correct information when we needed it, follow up calls to make sure we understood everything, even a service to set up all the utilities which ensured we were settled in time for Christmas. We even received a moving in gift pack! We've used several letting agents in the past and Wards easily come out on top.
