It was without doubt a whole team effort but I should specifically mention Maria, Daniel, Lawrence and Ollie who worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went smoothly. We were updated on a daily basis on the progress of our sale, including in depth feedback from viewings as well as an online portal where we could access feedback and progress at any time. We were never left in the dark about anything and the team were always available if we had any questions. All in all a top quality service from a very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful team! GoogleWow what an excellent estate agents! Wards of Meopham have been amazing from start to finish, a totally different experience with fantastic people whom we now feel are friends. Lawrence, Rosie, Dan and Maria are a very refreshing unique, friendly, warm, professional, efficient and good hearted team, a real break away from the estate agency 'mould'. We had laughs, tears and hugs all the way through our house sale. I cannot believe how brilliant these people are, we are so chuffed to have had Wards of Meopham support us through our sale. I know it's their job to do this for us but they really did lift our spirits, gained our trust right from the start and really listened to us. A fabulous team of honest, hard working, friendly people. I would recommend Wards of Meopham above and beyond all other estate agents. How bizarre it is that we feel so relieved to have sold our house but we also feel so sad to say goodbye to this team. We've never felt this way before about estate agents!!!!
