I recently completed a property purchase with Wards of Meopham on 04/10/22, from the outset I found them to be informative, knowledgeable and available.On our initial viewing Dan showed us around and we found him well prepared and very professional, on our second viewing we met Lawrence and again found him to be very knowledgeable, warm, friendly and courteous.The office staff Maria, Rosie and Shalini again were always at the end of the phone sorting all our concerns and queries, nothing was too much trouble.A first class estate agents that I would highly recommend.

We recently asked Wards to give us a valuation of our bungalow. We are not ready to sell at this time but could be sometime in the future. James Rixon came to give us a valuation on our property. He was excellent. He called us prior to the appointment to see if all was still ok with the time. He was very kind and complimentary concerning our home. He explained everything fully and clearly and answered all of our questions. He was very professional. He was not pushy but patient and considerate. In May this year, I decided to finally sell my first home having bought a second home a couple of years earlier. I used a local agent as I believe in supporting local business. From the very first contact with Wards they put you at ease and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process has been not quite been completed and another review will be done after completion, however, I have to pay tribute to Maria Meddings who has sent me a weekly update of the process after the initial offer was accepted. She has been a stalwart to communicate with and has explained everything along the way. If you do go with Wards then ask for her to be your communicator as to what is happening along the way. Today, I said farewell to Maria and thanked her for all her efforts over the past few months. Wards are lucky to have such a kind caring employee and if you are selling a house remember her name to be your property sales The Meopham branch have been outstanding since day one and I will be going in to say my thanks in person. I lived in Meopham for nearly 40 years so only had to sell one property, my family home for all that time. Trust Wards!

The staff at Wards on Rochester High Street are fantastic people. Debbie and Jason at the branch helped me with all the endless papers, reports and surveys that are part of the process of buying a property. They were never too busy to go through any paperwork with me. I cannot even begin to explain how patient and kind they are. Every step of the way they have been there for us, advised us and guided us. Matthew and Dawn have always been incredibly friendly and welcoming and Dawn showed me around the property the second time and even helped me 'hunt the boiler'. Debbie, the manager is one of the kindest, most lovely people I have met. No question or query from me, however silly or trivial, was too much for her to answer and deal with. I feel lucky to have found this team. In fact, I never signed up with any other agents. They will change any negative opinions you have of estate agents. I must mention Judy who, through a lot of negotiation, sorted out an earlier completion date. The Wards team at Rochester are wonderful people. I will never forget their kindness, patience and honesty. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.
