GoogleWe have been extremely pleased with the service provided by all the staff..Lawrence, Rosie, Maria, Shalini, Ben & Dan during the sale process. Initially, we had the disappointment of buyers who discontinued their interest. However, the Wards staff rallied around and quickly identified new buyers allowing completion of the sale process. This process was facilitated by Wards who also found a purchaser for our buyers property and in conjunction with Wards partnership solicitors, helped to ensure the process was effectively monitored during the process. Without this "end to end" intervention, its is unlikely that we would have completed. our sale. On a personal note we formed a strong working relationship with all members of the Meopham office staff who have provided and excellent service throughout.

We're currently looking for a new house to rent and I have spoken to as many estate agents as I could find over the last few days. None have been as helpful or friendly as Jodie at Wards. I felt she really went out of her way to help me, particularly with trying to help me understand a few issues I have with my current tenancy which isn't even held with them. Their customer service was abysmal.I was coming from over 20 miles away to view a property but was running a few minutes late, so rang to explain and let them know I was on the way. Got a call back a couple of minutes later to say the property had been sold hours earlier that morning and a deposit had been paid, so I couldn't even view it.
