I have been dealing with Wards Letting Agents for around 10 years, in particular Matthew Pattenden, who has always been so helpful. I can't recommend him highly enough, if there has ever been a problem he would call and answers my emails almost immediately. Incredible service from Emily at the Wards Ashford branch. We are relatively new to renting but Emily was massively helpful with getting everything processed and keeping us informed and updated. Helpful support for absent vendor

The sale of the property was on behalf of a relative for whom I hold a power of attorney and I live two hundred miles away from Meopham so I was looking for an agent who would conduct viewings and provide local support. When I met Daniel Forster he assured me that his company could provide this service and that proved to be the case. An open day for viewing was arranged and twenty appointments were made which resulted in two offers, both above the asking price. The transaction proceeded to completion quite slowly but I was kept informed weekly of progress. Because of the circumstances I felt I needed the support of a more complete estate agency service so although not the cheapest option Wards was my choice. Thanks to Daniel, Rosie, Maria and Ben for their help.

Meopham BranchI would like to take this opportunity to pass on some positive feedback as regards to your branch above and most of all to the brilliant members of staff that you have, in particular Lawrence Powell/Maria Meddings.This was in stark contrast to the poor service my parents received (Mr and Mrs Witten, 63 Old Road) from the Barnehurst branch.I had dealings with Lawrence from the first day he arrived at our previous property at 25 The Drove Way, Istead Rise and was taken by his professionalism, courteous nature and how supportive he was through the whole process. My wife has been ill and we have also had issues with previous moves and Lawrence had such a sympathetic nature which really put us at ease.During the move (again not an easy nor straightforward one), Lawrence guided us through everything with a brilliant “can do” attitude and was always prompt in returning calls and supportive at the negative parts of the process.Maria, who was our liaison, kept us up to date throughout and was very patient with our many questions.You are very lucky to have (and we were) both members of staff.
