Wards Meopham have been an absolutely fantastic agent to sell our house. We would highly recommend them. From the get go the whole team have been excellent, having phoned the branch to get our house valued, the following week Dan (Branch Manager) came to our property to value our house. We signed up that very same day, got such a great vibe from Dan and what he's team could offer and deliver, and they've done just that. Rosie was amazing, she carried out most, if not all or our house viewings (for which there was many, which is obviously fantastic!) and she managed to secure multiple offers which is proof of how great Rosie is. Lawrence in the office has also been a great help, always on the other end of the phone to answer any of our queries and keeping us updated constantly. The whole team at Wards Meopham are great and they all work together so well, everyone know whats going on with your property which just make the process so much easier. Once we accepted an offer on our property we were introduced to Maria, the Sales Progressor for Wards and she has been outstanding. Every single day she was in communication with us or our buyers or the solicitors, chasing, pushing the process so we could all be in as quick as possible , as that's what we wanted. Honestly you would have thought she was only working on our property as the level of attention she provided was exceptional. We can't thank the whole team at Wards Meopham enough and would HIGHLY recommend you use them for selling or purchasing a property. They are all fantastic.

We have made a purchase of one of the properties through them. The entire process was a journey. We made several phone calls to them regarding the fish pond and the missing key. We receive no response from them. They are not very good and I would not recommend them at all. It's no surprise that private estate agents are being used in this area. The service they offer is better than that of Ward in Meopham.

We recently changed over to wards from a different estate agents, and we have had the up most best experience with wards!. From the get go of the change over we have had the best communication with our property manager Nikki Cullen. She has gone above and beyond to help and deal with issues we had been hit with, she really does her job plus more to help get things done and sorted. Especially with the issues that came with the property we lived in (no fault of wards at all, was a property they took over). Couldn’t thank her enough for what’s she has done. 100% recommend wards and 1000% recommend Nikki!

Fabulous service Judy Day 😊

All the staff at wards were very helpful and polite but I must mention the great service from Judy day who was our coordinator she was extremely supportive,helpful with lots of knowledge was patient and informative all the way through the experience of selling and buying a new home at times the process was very stressful and frustrating for all of us but through no fault of ours or Wards but Judy kept us up to speed with phone calls throughout and went above beyond just being a coordinator her professional and friendly approach to everything was extremely helpful even through a sad bereavement she made herself available and I believe if it had not been for her we probably would’ve pulled out of the sale and purchase a very big thank you to Judy Day 😊

Fantastic team in Hythe Kent

During a very long and stressful house hunting period, Wards stood out from all the other agents in Hythe and the surrounding areas.They were professional, knowledgeable and most of all, very kind and compassionate. What professionalism exists here

Firstly, my daughter needed a property to be moved into pretty sharpish. The staff at The Ramsgate branch of Wards were so efficient and courteous and her move went without a hitch after finding, very quickly a lovely property. She’s so happy. Secondly, I required to find suitable tenants to move into my property pretty fast. In steps the charming David Odunlami. One of Wards letting professionals. He was so efficient in sorting out every single hurdle I encountered and there were quite a few, I had to catch my breath. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Wards Rochester (Jason, Debbie, Dawn, Matt, Devon) and a particularly big thanks to Judy. As first time buyers we didn’t really know what to expect through the whole process but Judy was on hand to answer all our questions (no matter how silly they were !). Judy was on top of everything and when we couldn’t get answers from our solicitor she made sure to chase them which took a lot of stress off of us.
