Not an easy sale due to a certain investor messing about. However the estate agents did everything to get the property re sold very quickly. Good job well done. I rented with wards for 2 and a half years with a nil deposit scheme . From the first day of moving in we had problems with the property, no hot water, no heating, leaking boiler and bath in the middle of a snowy winter. We had to find our own plumber as the landlord liked to take his time getting in touch. From that day I have regretted my decision to not only move into that house but to also rent through wards. Their property management team are an embarrassment and extremely unprofessional, on numerous occasions I was spoken to on the phone in a very disrespectful manner. During my time in the house we experienced serious problems in the house which put myself and another member of the house hold in hospital. I have no finally moved out of the property and found a lovely landlord who has pride in his property.I have now been told by wards that I need to pay over £200 for cleaning the house ( which was done before I left) and they’re waiting for the contractor to give them a quote for more works that are needed in the home but not due to any fault of mine, I’m disgusted and shocked by this. So in my honest opinion I do not recommend Wards as an estate agency whatsoever. I do however recommend Ben Siggins and Connells who are very professional and reliable.

GoogleHighly recommend Wards at Meopham! They have been brilliant from start to finish (nearly! Completion in 4 days!) Initially putting an offer on the house proved a test enough as sellers weren't communicating and the team at Wards (particularly Hannah and Lawrence) were excellent at keeping us in the loop with what was happening. After getting the offer accepted all involved have been great with communication and answering any questions us as first time buyers had. Maria was great at updating us with the progress of the sale and felt so genuinely invested in getting the house sorted for us as quickly as possible. Couldn't recommend the team enough, very professional, reliable and genuine. Even down to Dan phoning to congratulate us on the exchange (finally!!) Thank you everyone involved :)
