GoogleThe melton team were outstanding. They knew how desperately we wanted this property, and could see we were the family, to take it on. They pulled out all the stops, to get ours sold, it was on social media, days before it landed on Rightmove! 2 weeks later our house was sold, at the full asking price. Would and have recommended.

GoogleJane at Newton Fallowell worked very hard to complete my recent purchase. I was in a chain and my estate agents in Derbyshire did not seem to know what was going on and made very little attempt to find out. Jane was in regular contact with all solicitors and other estate agents and I am sure without her diligence I would still be waiting for a removal date!

GoogleHaving recently raised a dispute through TDS due to not receiving my deposit back or hearing if there was any issues for over 19 days, I’m disgusted to get a call today to my partner advising that I had ‘verbally’ agree to knock £100 of the deposit. I can confirm I spoke with the lettings manager (Liz Easter) a week prior on the phone and DID NOT agree to this at all she advised I would receive an email where I’d be able to select yes or no to whether I agreed to this (still haven’t received the email). I find it disgusting that Liz lied to her team and I will still be continuing my dispute even more so now. Please feel free to listen to the call I had with Liz and you will be aware that she’s lying.

GoogleShocking agent in Melton, dont care about Tennents when things go wrong, don't have any after care, and all they want to do is argue with you when there is a problem. They have no communication skills and talk to you like something on the bottom of your shoe. Can't comment on the sales side of things, but apparently it's all run by the same people... avoid at all costs as you will lose your deposit over nothing, I had to take them to ourt to get mine ba k as they just font listen or believe what you say, anyways I'm happy I got all mine back and they had to pay the court fees, all because they didn't listen.. oh well glad I got rid now.
