Supportive throughout the process of buying and selling. Always seemed available through instant messaging - not sure when thay had time at home! Used social media to gain more views and interest in our home. We did do a few viewings ourselves, but when NF staff took on viewings, they were considerate of our house cats and made sure to keep them safe. Feedback received from every viewing. Recently my long-term tenants moved out and the house needed a refurb; Hannah (of Newton Fallowell) did a great job organising all the work needed (new boiler, all repairs, wall/floor coverings…) and finished them in good time.
