GoogleThe team at Newton fallowell ( Melton Mowbray ) are highly professional in there job.... The team are extremley knowledgeable and comprehensive in all fields of there job... Very helpful ... The team went out of there way to assist me... The team explained and assisted me to the highest degree... Even when the sale of property was complete they still remained very helpful.... To me... Like after care sort of thing.... The team were extremely polite and conserhensous at all times... The team all ways phoned me back emediatley if I had eny concerns ... Eny one buying or selling a property I 100 per cent recommend Newton fallowell....

GoogleEverything went Smoothly up until the closing, then the closing stages got extremely stressful, to the point of having a very heated conversation. I was getting conflicting and incorrect information being passed either directly to me or my wife, who was also getting stressed. Yes I know this process can be stressful, but we were made made to feel like we were doing all the wrong things, but we were not. We were following advise from our solicitor and not the estate agent as we felt we were being pushed into making a decision, that could have left us with an empty house, and no buyers!! I was not prepared to do anything until exchange of contracts, which seemed to annoy the "Sales Closer", but if a solicitor tells you not to do it until the buyers solicitor is happy, then why would I ignore their advise?? Keiron and Anya were perfect.

He was honest when showing me around houses and informed me when a house came available that he thought would meet our requirements. I was very impressed with the professionalism shown throughout the sale process, from their initial presentation, the regular feedback from viewings, to achieving a sale price in line with their initial expectations. They were proactive throughout the sales process and they kept on top of the legal advisers on both sides of the deal. I would highly recommend this agent and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
