We both agree that the all the staff at Newton Fallowell provide an excellent service to both buyer and seller. I had left my details with them as I was seeking a property in the area. They contacted me about a property which we subsequently bought. They were all helpful and professional. Although we don't like to single anybody out as they work as an effective team, Jane the manager was particularly knowledgeable and immediately looked into any concerns that we had. We had had a negative experience dealing with another estate agent in the town so we really appreciate the quality service Newton Fallowell in Melton provided.

Couldnt have asked for a better letting agency, very professional and nothing is too much trouble, repairs dealt with same day. Deposit returned within 1 week. They are all truly amazing, would rent off them again if I ever required a property.

Always pleasant and helpful as a tenant, most of my gripes are actually just about renting itself. Full judgment reserve until I move out, that's always the challenging conversations, but so far would recommend as a company to trust when renting.
