GoogleI can't rate the guys at Kingstons highly enough. Kingstons were like a breath of fresh air in comparison to other agents in town, and were exactly what we needed. Their laid back, friendly, no worries attitude and professionalism drove us to put our house on the market with them, and a week later we had a sale! They were patient with us the whole time and kept our buyer informed of where we were in our bid to find our forever home. It took a while but we completed, just in time for Christmas. Thank you especially to Joe, Callum and Tamsin.

GoogleA fantastic estate agents. My wife and I came for a simple evaluation of our property and were simply blown away by Joes professionalism and the way he went about his work. I was particularly impressed with his video work he had shown us for different properties and how such work could go towards when we put our house on the market. When we do get around to selling I will ask him personally to thorough evaluation and make sure there is a video for potential buyers 5/5 stars

GoogleThe rentals team at Kingstons are friendly, professional and quick to respond. They were great all the way through the process of securing the current rental property that I'm in, liaising quickly withe the landlord to answer questions where their input was needed and always keeping me up to date with what was going on. They've been great during the tenancy as well, always responding quickly to queries and concerns and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. GoogleWe cannot recommend Kingstons in Melksham highly enough. The team's customer service is second to none and throughout the whole process of selling our home they were professional, reliable and honest. Phone calls and emails were always answered quickly and at times (Tamzin especially) went above and beyond to make things happen. We initially listed our home with another agent and the difference couldn't be more stark. My advice is do not think about it, use Kingstons!!!

GoogleWe have used Kingston's for 9 years to buy our own house and to buy a house for rent, and to manage the rental property up until November 2019 when they were engaged to manage the sale of the rental property, We have always found them helpful and very good at providing guidance and information as and when needed, The Rental team and the estate sales team have always been friendly and approachable, we have no hesitation in recommending their services.

GoogleWhen my aunt moved into a home due to ill health , as power of attorney I chose Kingstons for the sale of her property. They were the most realistic of the potential for the property and while others were for quick turnaround they stuck to their guns to achieve the best price. As we lived 80 miles away while the house was empty they kept a log of inspections to check security and had very good viewing figures and gave us regular feed back. On my aunts death Kingston dealt with handing over to the Executor but still kept us informed. We achieved the sale we expected and would highly recommend Kingstons.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

They priced the house at the top end of our expectations and we received the asking price, in part no doubt to the excellent video taken by Joe Hayden during the current restrictions. This gave buyers a complete look at the house. They used an app to let me know the progress of the sale and kept in touch with solicitors etc. A very professional service with all team members very helpful.PositiveProfessionalism
