From the start to the finish of a fairly difficult transaction due to solicitors, Callum, Charlotte, Izzy and the rest of the Kingstons staff were amazing. They supported and informed every step of the way and we would not hesitate to use these guys again. Charlotte was the first interaction with Kingstons when she showed us round our (now) new property. Callum handled the discussions all the way through and was so helpful. Izzy is also a credit to you with all the help she gave us. Thanks for making an at times stressful transaction, a really great experience.

I engaged with Kingston’s in trying to purchase two properties from the same development and on both occasions their communication - both internal and with myself and the developer - were slow and poorly managed. They were helpful at the start, but made promises and assurances that they did not keep. I trusted them to work to their word, but this was not honoured. UPDATE: Thank you Lee for contacting me after my review and addressing the issues I faced.

We recently used Kingstons to help us sell our house and are very impressed with the service we received. Joe was extremely helpful when listing our property, his photos and videos were very high quality. Callum efficiently dealt with our viewings, and as our exchange and completion drew nearer, he dealt with every query and put me at ease when I was getting a bit stressed out with it all. Kingstons helped make our moving process go smoothly and the stress was very minimal. I would recommend Kingstons to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a property.

After 3 valuations I decided that Kingstons Estate Agents were the best fit for the property I was looking to sell. The assessment of the location and condition of the property was discussed with me leading to an agreed valuation and strategy. At all times I felt included in the marketing arrangements, a situation that was not the case with other agents I had to conduct a valuation. Sellers of retirement properties need to be aware that they can be very slow to sell, in my case three years, so a very competitive price is key. I couldn't recommend Kingstons Estate Agents, Melksham enough. Joe, Callum and Tamzin, have been spectacular throughout. Joe, took photos that really showed the property in its best light, and was so professional and friendly throughout. Callum not only sold our house once, but three times after a number of set backs, none of which could be helped, all whilst being proactive and professional, and Tamzin was incredible in seeing the sale of our property through to exchange/completion, whilst dealing with a lengthy and complicated chain. She was always happy to take my numerous calls, and update me. Whenever i had a question, or a query, the phone/email was always answered the same day, and all throughout the process I was kept informed.
