Extremely happy with Chase Buchanan and how quickly and professionally they helped me to let out my home. I was nervous at first letting out the home that I have lived in for 25 years, but they made the whole process so easy and straight forward.Aiden and his team were always there to advise and talk me through everything, it was clear they wanted me to feel comfortable throughout and kept me up to date with potential tenants. Extremely professional and friendly, they were all a real pleasure to deal with.We have lovely new tenants now and are over the moon we decided to go with Chase!

Highly recommend. Kris Elgar has been wonderful all the way through the process, really patient with my constant questions! Professional, Patient & Understanding

Our property sales process proved to be a rather drawn-out affair, not because of Chase Buchanan but more due to a previous estate agents advice, which resulted in our decision to change to Chase Buchanan. If only we had appointed the Teddington team consisting of John, Rodney & Kim from the start. The team were very professional throughout, very patient and understanding of our needs. I couldn’t recommend them more, extremely approachable, knowledgeable, always took my many calls, and willing to spend time with their vendors so the suitable type of buyer viewed the property.

Great renewal experience. This is the first renewal through Chase Buchanan after having my existing tenant in the property for 1 year. Michelle from the Hampton Hill was extremely helpful ensuring a smooth renewal process with the existing tenant. Daniel Johns at the Richmond branch of Chase Buchanan has been outstanding through the whole process of the sale of our flat in Richmond. From the outset, Daniel has given very good advice starting with a realistic and evidenced based valuation which turned out to be spot on. He is a great communicator and very proactive, which was particularly needed as we had a series of difficulties with the communication between our lawyer and the buyer’s. Daniel went above and beyond and I do not believe we would have got to the point of exchange for this particular sale without him. We are very grateful and would highly recommend.
