I’ve tried several letting companies in attempt to get an apartment, but upon finding Chase Buchanan my search and disappointment was offer , their service is truly a top notch which needs a 100% recommendation, most especially the communication and interaction among staffs and clients , not forgetting my No1 Kayleigh ❤️. Poor service management. I've been living in their managed apartment for more than a year. Since the water boiler controller not working, it is running 24/7 hence I've been paying more than 500£ electricity bill for long time, ands worst for last 4 months im paying 744£ electricity bill for a small two bedroom apartment despite many request water heater controller issue never been addressed.
