The team worked very hard to get my exchange through. They dealt patiently and assertively with the multiple delays caused by external parties. They communicated frequently with me and all parties in the chain, including other estate agents and my solicitor, chasing issues up as promised. Friendly and professional at all times.

My partner and I were looking to rent out a garden flat. We told Chase Buchanan from the get go we also had a small house cat.We booked a viewing which I only got a phone confirmation for. I had to call them myself an hour before the appointment (while I was already getting dressed up) for them to let me know it had actually been cancelled.I agreed to rebook the viewing as we really liked the property. One hour before the scheduled, confirmed viewing (again, while I was getting dressed up and ready to leave the house), I was called by one of the agents who told me the landlord did not accept pets.Why was it confirmed in the first place? God knows. In hindsight, after seeing all these reviews, I am glad I didn’t get to sign any contract with them and never will.

I have been dealing in property with various agents for over 20 years and this is by far my worst experience. Finally, after I gave written notice that I did not want to use Chase Buchanan's services they have gone ahead anyway and without my permission are now advertising my house online for a price that I haven't agreed to. I have repeatedly asked for all advertising to be removed but my requests have been repeatedly refused.

Really disappointed. Right from the get go they were abrasive and neglectful. They only care about the sale, nothing else. There is zero customer care. I asked them numerous times to call me first if they had a potential viewing rather than emailing me. It took about 8 attempts to get this across. One of the sales team admitted to me that their standards had dropped. It seems there is no communication between the sales people, and after 2 weeks of the house being on the market they were hassling me to lower the price. Once we took it off the market they still booked viewings. After 2 weeks it was still live on the web and the sign is still up! It was a stressful and bad experience and because of that we’ve taken it off the market.

I am renting and have been watching our fencing gradually delapidate front and rear of the house. Bijou patiently pursued the repair (full replacement) with the landlord overseas and we finally got fencing front and rear gardens fully replaced in a day and a half..great job.
