GoogleI received mortgage services and home insurance advice from Rebecca Slaney. She has gone above and beyond to support my first home purchase which included a nuance help to buy scheme that Rebecca took in her stride. She’s always been available - answering emails quickly, calling me back if I’ve left a message and even chasing me at times to get things done. I would highly recommend Rebecca, she’s personable, professional and efficient.

GoogleI couldn't recommend the Melbourne branch of Ashley Adams more. All the way from initial welcome meeting to exchanging contracts, they were professional, friendly and supportive. Abi was professional in her approach and made me feel confident in my choice to go with AA. Megan supported me through the sale of my property and was always professional and friendly, providing clear and regular communication, which I had made them aware at the beginning was very important for me. A fabulous team that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, which during what is a very stressful process, is made less stressful with them by your side.

GoogleExtremely poor service. They told tenants at Nightingale quarter, Fox House that they can use numerous parking spaces, which actually belongs to other residents. Tell your tenants that they can't park there unless you checked that that parking space legally belongs to the apartment. Do yourself a favour - don't touch as a plaque!

She went above and beyond at every step of the way, from answering all my questions, discussing options, and communicating with estate agents on our behalf about the mortgage application. Rebecca listened to our wishes and explained the process from start to finish with clarity (which helped as we’re first time buyers)! We cannot fault Rebecca for the service she provided us in getting out mortgage sorted for our first house, she answered every question we have (even the dumb ones) quickly and was always happy to help with anything we needed. Rebecca explained everything really well and was it was easy to understand what was expected of us throughout the entire process. Rebecca even got involve with pushing the purchase through when we started having problems with our solicitors not responding, she really did go above and beyond and truelt earnt this 5 star review. From when we first sat down with her to assess our finances to the very end when we got the keys! She was always in touch to offer help and guidance which was so helpful and needed in a stressful time! Especially with us being first time buyers and not being familiar with buying a house. We had a number of valuations but when it came to choosing it was easy- everyone in the office that we spoke to were interested in helping us in any way they could. We were kept updated throughout. GoogleBought through their Melbourne branch several years ago, and have recently used them to sell as well. Megan and Charlotte have been excellent, both were sincere and personable with great proactive communication. The branch's mortgage broker Rebecca has also been incredibly helpful, in what must be the most difficult and unpredictable mortgage environment in recent history. The agency as a whole has been flexible and accommodating throughout, and we were able to achieve a good offer on our property within a few weeks, in the face of some really chaotic external factors. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking in the area!
