Rebecca has been amazing! We honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. As first-time buyers, we had no idea what we were doing at the start, but she explained everything so clearly and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. She was amazing throughout, especially when things got a bit tricky with our purchase. She was always there to help, kept us calm, and made sure everything stayed on track. She’s the perfect mix of friendly and professional, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We recently completed on a new house through Ashley Adams Melbourne - the service throughout from Penny and the team was exemplary. We made buying complicated - swapping offers between houses, but Penny dealt with that brilliantly and above all they all take a genuine interest in you getting the right house, not just any house. Communications were dealt with very efficiently but without hassling and the sale went through quickly. We would definitely use Ashley Adams if we were ever to sell again.

Six months is a long time to commit to a contract! I was repeatedly approached by the manager of Ashley Adams to sell my home. I was told they had a long list of people who wanted to live in my area along with other false promises, so I took her offer up and signed the contract. I was told my house would be easy to sell. In six months we received 2 viewings, and at the end of the contract, we were told "It was a difficult time of year to sell". We had no confidence that enough effort, time or resource was put into selling our home. When our contract was finished, I employed another agent and within 4 wks we sold our house..... Choose wisely before entering a 6 month contract.

I have just bought a house which was marketed by Ashley Adams Melbourne. I was looking for a house for almost a year so had numerous dealings with the team who are all nice. I’d like to mention Dylan in particular who was really helpful and made the whole process of buying a house a lot less stressful. Really positive experience using Ashley Adams in Melbourne. Rebecca has been in charge of organising my mortgage and has been really helpful with navigating this experience; no question or query has been too much and she will consistently review rates to get you the best mortgage offer out there. Going into unchartered territory of shared ownership Rebecca was able to pass on her knowledge and skills effectively which has made a quite stressful experience less so supporting both on the finances, rates and budgeting and will liaise positively with solicitors to support you whilst also being available through phone calls or emails to provide assistance on an equities I have had. A highly recommended service with positive and supportive staff.
