One of these was rather complicated to market but Penny and her team found a buyer and kept in close contact with us till the sale was completed. Penny's great knowledge of the local property market was an important factor when choosing Ashley Adams Melbourne.

GoogleWe have been supported to arrange our mortgage and linked insurance by Rebecca Slaney and have found her to be the perfect balance of friendly and approachable, as well as professional. She has worked really hard to arrange the mortgage, staying in very regular contact throughout the process. She also offered support with other options such as insurance which was very helpful. Rebecca appeared knowledgeable, gave clear information and made sure we understood everything fully and that it met our needs. We would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a mortgage.

GoogleCan't recommend them high enough. Our viewing was arranged at short notice with a time that was most suited for us. Charlotte met us at the property and gave us brief intro and took us round, highlighting the property features room by room and throughout the front and rear gardens. She allowed us enough time and space to discuss the property features among our selves privetly. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

She has been excellent throughout, has provided us with first class information and nothing was too much trouble. Similarly the sales team are efficient and super friendly. Should we sell in the future we would have no hesitation in using Ashley Adams complete services again.

GoogleRebecca Slaney supported us through a re-mortgage recently. Whilst a lovely and friendly person, she was also incredibly knowledgable, organised, efficient and professional. She held our views and opinions in mind and found the best deal for us. Her communication both via email and on the phone was excellent and she informed us of regular updates.
