Support through process was truly amazing. Ask for Dani at Ramsgate -- 5 stars

Dani in their Ramsgate office has been so helpful. My father and I had been looking for properties for some time and had a bad experience with a number of estate agents -- shoddy offices, aggressive sales, slow communication. Dani at Wards Ramsgate was totally the opposite. So prompt and helpful -- always ready to speak on the phone, answers emails quickly, gives great advice (in layman's terms!) about the steps one needs to take in what's a v. confusing process for a first-time buyer. She's been a godsend. If I ever sell the place I'm currently buying I'll do it through Wards' Ramsgate branch.

Received amazing customer service and care from the Ramsgate branch of Wards. Maria Byrne was the agent responsible for helping me find a new property and she couldn't have worked harder. Mine was an unusual situation, but Maria did not let this phase her and she worked relentlessly on my behalf to secure the tenancy for me. She was also on hand to provide advice and information about the local area. I cannot express enough how positive this whole experience was for me. Out and out shabby service

On 7th September I booked a viewing of a rental property in Greenhithe, Kent advertised by Wardsofkent.There was no photo of the bedroom and I was told someone will go to the property later that day, take the photo and let me know. I rang a couple of times and there was still no news of photo but each time I was told my booking was still there. On 9th September I spoke to Marina first thing in the morning. She told me she would call me in an hour's time. She did not so I called the number again after 2 hours. This time she said she was out doing viewings and she was running late. I told her I hope she would not forget to call she said she would not. I did not hear back. I called again at 3pm and this time I spoke to Sunil who said there is still no photo available but yes my booking at 11am the next day was still in the diary. I told Sunil we were travelling a long way to view the property; my daughter  from Hastings and me from London. That our 11.30 viewing was cancelled and I asked if this viewing could therefore be moved to 11.30. He said that would depend on whether they could contact the tenant. He asked me if I wanted to cancel the booking to which I said no and that we would be there at 11.00am the next day as planned. Got to London road, Greenhithe as per plan and called the agency. Person who answered the phone said she didnt know why no one let me know that the viewing was cancelled. I said I was very dissatisfied with the service and she said she was sorry. I was very tempted to go the agency and tell them exactly how I was feeling about the service we received but decided against it mainly because of Covid restrictions but also because it was more important to give the time to write this review instead.

Kim has been a God sent

Kim has been a God sent! Without her perseverance and “can do” attitude, the whole chain would have fallen apart.She is a true professional. It is evident that she loves her job and she loves her clients to the point where she strives to keep everybody informed not just by emails but she adds that personal touch by making phone calls to update and reassure us that all will be well in the end. She is relentless in her efforts to resolve every problem for all the clients involved. She does all of this cheerfully and professionally.I run to pick up the phone when I see her call because I know hope is not lost and she is winning on our behalf. When she was on holiday, she was greatly missed, nobody else could fill that massive gap, I was counting the days knowing and saying that when Kim returns she will kick the doors down and she did kick the doors down.KIM IS AN ASSET TO WARDS SHE DESERVES A MEDAL!!MY DAUGHTER SAYS KIM IS SPECTACULAR AND SHE SURE IS.I can’t thank you enough Kim God bless you.

Positive and happy experience using Wards.

This is our first experience of selling a property using an Estate Agent. For us, it has been an unexpected, nice surprise. From the beginning, Wards offered a different approach, whereby their main priority was finding us our next dream home. And then Covid-19 hit ......

Last September we took the decision to market our home in Walderslade Woods and chose your Walderslade branch to be our Estate Agent. We embarked on our journey following a visit from Kenny and our home was marketed from the start with a passion and professionalism that I did not see with the other local agents. After Christmas a buyer was found and we moved to the the next phase of our home move. It was at this point we were introduced to Kim Bachelor who became our sales progressor and worked along side Kenny to keep everything on track. Things were progressing nicely and then Covid-19 hit and derailed all the progress we had made. We moved into our new home towards the end of May and I can honestly say that without Kim and Kenny we would not be here. They have both been truly amazing. They have “virtually” held our hands throughout the process, have gone above and beyond their job descriptions, always responded promptly to our emails and calls (very often responding out of hours and on days off). Kim has chased the chain tirelessly and her can do attitude, good humour and professionalism have stood out. Your Walderslade Office is a credit to your company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family in the area. I would be so grateful if you could pass on our deepest and sincerest thanks to your team, paying particular attention to Kenny and Kim because without them we would not now be enjoying our new home.

We went through Wards for a rental property and our experience was flawless. Tony in Lettings guided us through the whole process. Even though we was due to move into the property during the coronavirus lockdown first come into force, he really went the extra mile to ensure we could move in earlier than anticipated, but most of all in a safely manner. We were buyers through Wards. We found them largely impersonal, didn’t relieve any stress at all, if they did, didn’t feel like it. Our offer on the house was not accepted until we had agreed to use their solicitor. We were told it would help our offer get accepted and would expedite our purchase. But now we do not believe it would have helped our offer, why should it? And despite the current health crisis, our purchase was incredibly slow. Later, we were told that Ward Estate Agents were to receive a commission of £400. We thought it was the law that an agent such as Wards should explain to us at that time, that they would receive commission, which would be indirectly paid by us, in the solicitors fees. We were hoping to have used our family solicitor, who would have cost us about half. A positive was that Jane and Candice were friendly and helpful. So we wait to hear Wards comment, particularly about the £400.
