FacebookRented a property from Howland Jones, Had problems from day one. Getting any repairs done to the property was a constant battle. Took over a month to get any sort of repair to a leaking chimney, Took nearly 6 weeks to get a leaking conservatory roof repaired (well if sticking a patch over a cracked roof sheet can be considered a repair) after months of battles and broken promises I eventually requested to end tenancy early as the property was cold, damp, and the landlord clearly had no intention of spending any money carrying out repairs to an acceptable standard. Some people may well be perfectly happy to live in a property like that, but not me. Spend more time vetting your landlords! Im sure you will have some great reply to this but all I have stated is facts.
